Terms & Conditions for Cash Course for Young Adults
Welcome to the Cash Course for Young Adults, offered by Appmosis, Inc. These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in this educational course. By enrolling in this course, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before making your payment and attending.
1. Course Purpose
This course is designed to provide participants with financial education on topics such as managing money, building credit, investing, tax planning, and financial life strategies. The information shared during this course is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
2. No Professional Advice
Participants acknowledge that the course content is general in nature and not tailored to individual financial situations. Appmosis, Inc., its instructors, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for any financial decisions or outcomes arising from the use of course materials or discussions during the sessions.
Participants are encouraged to consult licensed financial advisors or tax professionals for personalized guidance.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
• Full payment is required at the time of enrollment.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Upon payment, participants are entitled to attend any or all of the five (5) one-hour sessions.
4. Missed Classes
If a participant misses one or more sessions, they may attend the missed session(s) in a future course cycle at no additional cost. It is the participant’s responsibility to coordinate with Appmosis, Inc. for scheduling makeup sessions.
5. Course Content and Delivery
The course includes the following modules:
• Module 1: Finance 101
• Module 2: Managing Money
• Module 3: Investing
• Module 4: Taxes
• Module 5: Die With Zero
Appmosis, Inc. reserves the right to modify the course content, schedule, or instructors at its sole discretion. Participants will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including presentations, guides, and any other resources, are the intellectual property of Appmosis, Inc. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Appmosis, Inc., its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in this course.
• Participation does not establish a fiduciary or advisory relationship between participants and Appmosis, Inc..
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, where Appmosis, Inc. operates, and the State of Delaware, where it is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in these jurisdictions.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the jurisdiction specified above.
10. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect during the course. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.
11. Consent
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You further agree to hold Appmosis, Inc., its employees, and affiliates harmless for any outcomes resulting from your participation in this course.
