Terms and Conditions for Taxmosis Consulting Services.

Welcome to Taxmosis, a tax consulting service offered by Appmosis, Inc.. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

 

1. Services Provided

 

1.1 Appmosis, Inc. provides tax consulting services that include guidance on tax-saving strategies such as company incorporation, qualified opportunity zones, cost segregation, and estate planning.

 

1.2 Appmosis, Inc. does not provide financial advice or act as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). The execution of tax strategies will be handled by Herbert Financial, a licensed team of CFPs, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and tax attorneys, through a separate agreement between the client and Herbert Financial.

 

1.3 Appmosis, Inc. charges an upfront flat fee per client for consulting services. This fee covers the development and recommendation of strategies. Clients do not pay any additional fees to Herbert Financial for the execution of these strategies.

 

2. Partnership with Herbert Financial

 

2.1 Appmosis, Inc. and Herbert Financial operate under a mutual beneficial partnership agreement.

 

2.2 While Appmosis provides consulting services and directs clients to Herbert Financial for implementation, Herbert Financial operates independently and will enter into a direct agreement with the client for tax strategy execution.

 

2.3 Appmosis, Inc. is not liable for any services or outcomes provided by Herbert Financial.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

 

3.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely financial and personal information necessary for effective consultation and strategy development.

 

3.2 Clients must review all agreements and documents provided by Herbert Financial and ensure they fully understand the terms before signing.

 

4. Fees and Payment

 

4.1 Appmosis charges a flat fee, payable upfront, for all consulting services. The fee amount will be outlined in the client agreement.

 

4.2 The flat fee is non-refundable, except as required by California state law or in cases of a verified service failure by Appmosis.

 

4.3 Appmosis does not receive additional compensation for services rendered by Herbert Financial beyond the mutually agreed partnership agreement.

 

5. Disclaimer

 

5.1 Appmosis, Inc. does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice and is not a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Accountant (CA).

 

5.2 All strategies and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial or legal advice.

 

5.3 Herbert Financial, as a licensed CFP and CA, is solely responsible for executing the tax strategies discussed during consultations.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

6.1 Appmosis, Inc. shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the execution of strategies implemented by Herbert Financial.

 

6.2 Appmosis, Inc. is not responsible for the outcome of any financial or tax decisions made by the client based on its recommendations.

 

7. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

 

8. Changes to Terms

 

Appmosis, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these terms will always be available on our website.
